Welcome to SinCitySeats.com ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our website and purchasing tickets, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. SERVICE OVERVIEW
SinCitySeats.com is operated by Towering Entertainment LLC and provides ticket sales for live entertainment shows in Las Vegas, Nevada. For inquiries, contact us at boxoffice@sincityseats.com or 702-483-8056.
2. TICKET PURCHASES
2.1 Order Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. It is your responsibility to verify all details immediately. Contact us within 24 hours of any errors.
2.2 Ticket Availability
All tickets are subject to availability and sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to limit ticket quantities.
2.3 Pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Service fees and processing fees are added during checkout and clearly displayed before purchase.
2.4 Payment
Payment must be made at the time of purchase via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) or PayPal. All transactions are processed securely using SSL encryption.
3. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
3.1 Final Sale
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges except as required by law or as specified in these terms.
3.2 Event Cancellations
If a show is canceled or rescheduled by the venue or performer, you will be notified via email within 24 hours. You may be eligible for:
- Full refund to your original payment method, OR
- Transfer to a rescheduled date (if applicable)
3.3 Missed Events
SinCitySeats.com is not responsible for missed events, unused tickets, or failure to attend for any reason.
3.4 Cancellation Protection
Optional cancellation protection insurance is available during checkout through Fan Shield, a third-party provider. This is not a SinCitySeats.com product. Claims must be filed directly with Fan Shield.
4. EVENT ATTENDANCE
By attending our shows, you agree to:
4.1 Arrive on Time
Doors open 30 minutes before showtime. Late arrivals may not be seated until intermission or a suitable break, at the venue's discretion.
4.2 Age Requirements
Age requirements are enforced and vary by show. They are clearly posted on each show page. Guests who do not meet minimum age requirements will be denied entry without refund.
4.3 Prohibited Conduct
- No unauthorized photography, videography, or audio recording
- No disruptive behavior or intoxication
- No outside food or beverages
- Respect performers and fellow guests
- Follow all venue rules and staff instructions
4.4 Safety & Security
Follow all health, safety, and security measures in place at venues. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests who violate policies.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
5.1 Copyright
All content on SinCitySeats.com, including text, images, logos, graphics, and designs, is the property of Towering Entertainment LLC or its licensors and is protected under U.S. copyright laws.
5.2 Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, or create derivative works from any content on this website without prior written consent.
6. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS
6.1 Limited Liability
SinCitySeats.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to:
- Lost profits or revenue
- Travel expenses
- Emotional distress
- Failure of third-party services
6.2 Venue Responsibility
Once tickets are issued, the venue is responsible for show performance, seating arrangements, and event execution. Issues with venue facilities or show quality should be directed to venue management.
6.3 Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for third-party services including but not limited to parking, concessions, cancellation insurance (Fan Shield), or payment processors.
6.4 Maximum Liability
Our maximum liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your tickets.
7. TICKET DELIVERY
7.1 Electronic Delivery
Tickets are delivered electronically via email as PDF attachments with QR codes. Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 15 minutes.
7.2 Will Call
If you selected Will Call delivery, tickets will be held at the venue box office. Bring valid photo ID and your confirmation number. Arrive at least 30 minutes before showtime.
7.3 Lost Tickets
If you lose your ticket email, contact us at boxoffice@sincityseats.com. We can resend your tickets or arrange Will Call pickup.
8. PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at sincityseats.com/privacy.
9. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
11. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
